Previously he founded Environmental Photonics, Inc., was Director of the Advanced Technology Development Center at Georgia Tech, served as President of the Colorado Research Development Corporation, founded Western Energy Planners, Ltd., and conducted research at Sandia National Laboratories. His doctorate is in Physical Chemistry from the University of California at Berkeley.

Michael David, MBA, BA

General Manager & Vice President
Michael brings over a decade
of specialized experience in technology management and
commercial development. Mike has worked at both Sandia and Los Alamos National Laboratories marketing
advanced technologies to industry. Mike is a professional manager who has
consulted privately for several years in finance, marketing, and general
management. Mike also has experience in logistics and operations management,
and a comprehensive computing background. Mike has a MBA in Technology Management
from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of New Mexico, and a
BA
from St. John's College.

Jorge Perez, MSEE, BSCE
|

COO & Vice President R&D
Jorge has been with CIC Photonics for over 10 years and has been a key developer of our SPGAS, IRGAS and Spectra Stream software packages.
Jorge's CIC Photonics
responsibilities include: management of all R&D and new product and software
development, project management for all customer projects,
scheduling and delivery / installation coordination.
Jorge has a MSEE degree from the University of New Mexico
and a BSCE degree from the Technical Institute of Chihuahua
II in Mexico.

Elsa Bonano, BSChE
|

Elsa's CIC Photonics
responsibilities include: solutions development for chemistry aspects of customer
requirements; Quality Assurance manager and ISO Certification coordinator. Elsa has
a BSChE degree from New Mexico State University and
brings technical lab experience in biochemical and spectroscopic
research.

Mike Falvey, BSME, AAS
|
|
|
Mike Falvey has over 20 years experience including prototype
machinist, technician, and mechanical engineer.
His CIC Photonics
responsibilities include: designing custom products and components; product
assembly, alignment, and
testing. Mike has a BSME degree from the
University of New Mexico, and
an AAS
degree in Engineering Design Technology from the Central
New Mexico Community College.

Joseph Garcia, AAS Photonics
|
|
|
Joseph's CIC Photonics
responsibilities include: technical assistance
and
customer communications; system R&D and product design; sourcing vendors
and material purchasing;
quality control; product assembly and testing,
packing and shipping. Joseph has an AAS degree in Photonics Technology from
the Central
New Mexico Community College with additional
coursework in chemistry, physics,
optics, and electronics.

Carter, AAS Accounting

Eliza's

responsibilities include: AP and AR accounting duties. AAS in Accounting from
the Central
New Mexico Community College.
